Dr. Johstone values the information gained from a comprehensive evaluation.

Therefore, at a minimum, your child will have an assessment of their cognitive abilities

with a standardized intelligence test, their social, emotional, and behavioral

characteristics with specific rating scales, and a measure of their academic skills

with an achievement test.

In addition, parents will be asked to fill out a questionnaire describing their child’s

early health and school history.

Specific questions that parents have about a child will be answered.

With permission, collaboration will be conducted with school staff,

and any necessary follow-up will be provided.
